The Society may hold up to 4 items of information for each member ie
Email address
Postal address
Telephone number
Membership payment record
- Members can request to have any of the above removed or amended (do bear in mind we may need to contact you at short notice )
- Members have the right to apply for all their personal records that we hold and we will make all reasonable efforts to respond within a month.
- If our records are compromised, we will contact members.
- The above information is held by the Committee Members only. Please contact if you have any concerns.
- We will not pass on any of this information, the only exception being if we are contacted by a purchaser. On such an occasion, we will contact the artist first.
